Our commitments regarding membership fees and donation refunds.
Membership fees collected through PayHere are used to support our global peace initiatives, operational activities, and events. The following refund conditions apply:

All donations made to Fly for Peace are voluntary contributions to support our peace and cultural exchange programs. Please note:
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

If you believe there was an unauthorized charge on your account, you may contact PayHere directly or raise a dispute with your bank. However, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter quickly and directly.
Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in your membership being suspended until the matter is resolved.
All membership fees for Local Members are charged in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). International membership fees are charged in US Dollars (USD). Refunds, if approved, will be processed in the original currency of the transaction. We are not responsible for any currency conversion losses or bank processing fees during the refund process.
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
